UNLEASH THE WARRIOR WITHIN

The Park City Warrior Clash is a PREMIER YOUTH WRESTLING EVENT to kick off the Wrestling Season in Kansas. The youth wrestling tournament hosted at Park City Arena in Park City, Kansas, features the toughest competitors from across the Midwest who come to lay it all on the line to be crowned the Warrior Clash Champions. Many brackets will feature National champions and Placers from RMN Events, NUWAY, Supreme, Tulsa, and Reno Worlds.

If you’re looking for an event to kick off your season with great competition, sick awards, and an overall awesome tournament atmosphere, even with a few bumps and bruises as keepsakes, then “The Warrior Clash” is all that and much more….

The Warrior Clash will feature the Highest Quality Awards in the Nation, which will have your wrestler excited for months to come! All place winners will take home a Custom 5” Medal, while Champions in all Divisions will receive a Custom 5” Medal and the Prized Warrior Clash Champion Helmet! Each team will be competing for the Team Champion Title in each Division, and we will recognize Outstanding Wrestlers in each division for Open and Girls.

Individuals:

$50 Early Entry until 12/9/2025
$65 Late Entry until 12/16/2025

Clash of Punisher Duals:

$650 Per Team
$200 Team Discount if 12 or more wrestlers are registered for the individual tournament.
$50 Deposit Per Dual Team

“Double Dipping” allowed in different age groups. Girls may enter open or rookie and girls division.

No refunds permitted.

ADMISSIONS / FLOOR PASS

Spectators:

General Admission: $15/Day or $25/Weekend
Children (3-11): $6/Day or $10/Weekend
Toddlers (2 and under): Free.

Coaches Passes:

$25 Coaches Pass (Must Present USAW Card and Photo ID)
Individual Teams will get 1 Complimentary Coaches Pass per 5 Wrestlers
Dual Teams will get 2 Coaches Passes and 1 table worker pass for each team entered.

Floor Passes:

$50 Floor Pass

ROOKIE & NOVICE DIVISION ELIGIBILITY

To ensure fair competition, we follow these guidelines for Rookie and Novice divisions:

Rookie Division (6U 1^st Year Wrestlers):

6U Rookie Division: Wrestlers in the 6U Rookie Division must not have held a USAW Wrestling Card or competed in prior seasons before the 2025–2026 season.

Novice Divisions (8U Novice & 10U Novice)
We define Novice wrestlers as one who:

Have wrestled for less than 2 years as of the date of the Tournament or have not qualified to wrestle in a USAW- or other state organization–sanctioned Folkstyle state tournament.

Enforcement & Protests

While we do our best to enforce these rules, all eligibility protests must be submitted to the head table prior to the start of competition.
Any wrestler found not meeting the eligibility requirements will be moved to the Open Division without notice.

AWARDS

Individuals:

Champions in ALL DIVISIONS including Open, Girls, Novice and Rookie: Warrior Clash Helmet, Custom Medals, Bracket Sheet
1^st-6^th: Huge Custom Medals
5^th/6^th Place Matches will be wrestled only in 16-man brackets.
Outstanding Wrestler Awards in all open/girls divisions. OW Awarded in each dual division for the undefeated wrestler with the most pins/techs in the least amount of time.

Duals: Elementary, and M.S.

Champions: Warrior Clash Team Banner, Individual Warrior Clash Helmets, Individual Custom Medals.
2^nd – 3^rd: Custom Individual Medals.
Outstanding Wrestler Award: OW Awarded in each dual division for the undefeated wrestler with the most pins/techs in the least amount of time.

WEIGH-INS

All Wrestlers must present a USAW Card at weigh-in.

On-site (No Satellite or remote weigh-ins) Friday individuals weigh-ins count for Sunday duals (must wrestle in individuals). All wrestlers will receive a 0.9lb allowance.

Friday December 19^th, 2025:

2:00 – 4:00 PM: Fast Pass Weigh-In with $20 Cash or a New Unopened Toy of Equivalent Value
6:30 – 8:30 PM: Regular Weigh-In

Saturday December 20^th, 2025: Duals

6:00 – 7:00 PM: Regular Duals Weigh-Ins.

Weigh-Ins / Medical Guidelines

All wrestlers must submit to a skin condition and fingernail screening prior to weigh-in.
Medical Release Requirement: Wrestlers with skin conditions must provide a completed NFHS Wrestling Medical Release Form, signed by a licensed physician, indicating the wrestler is cleared and eligible to return to competition in time for the tournament.
Wrestlers with Skin Conditions: The Tournament Director and Head Official hold final authority in determining an athlete’s eligibility to compete. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
All wrestlers must wear a competition singlet for weigh-ins.
Wrestlers who miss weight will be automatically “bumped up” to the next weight class without penalty.

No weight reduction activities shall be performed in view of the weigh-in area
